Processing Time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during promotions, holidays or carrier disruption periods may require additional handling time.
If an item in your order is delayed or unavailable, our support team will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Available delivery services and final shipping fees are shown at checkout. Orders over $99 may qualify for free standard shipping when the delivery address and items are eligible.
Express options may be offered for selected regions. Express delivery affects transit time after dispatch and does not remove order processing time.
International Delivery
International shipments may be reviewed by customs authorities. Import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees or other destination charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Delivery estimates can change because of customs processing, weather, peak season volume or carrier routing changes.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send tracking details by email after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
