Items must be unused, clean, unworn and returned with original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable. Please try on clothing carefully and avoid perfume, makeup marks or damage.
Final sale items, intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, customized goods and items damaged by use may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
How to Start a Return
Email support@d.crypox.cc with your order number, billing email, item name and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the next steps.
Do not send items back without return instructions. Unapproved packages may be delayed or refused by the return facility.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange sizes or colors is to place a new order after your return is approved. Availability can change quickly during promotion periods.
